Tattoo Artist: Megan Hoogland
Megan Hoogland is one of the best female artists you will find when it comes to color or black and gray. 
Her specialty is portrait work and reproduction work. She invests a lot of time traveling the convention circuit and has been featured in all the top tattoo magazines. She's been tattooing for roughly 14 years and just recently ended her position at Cactus Tattoo Shop. She'll be tattooing from a private studio located in Mankato as well as working at Leviticus in Minneapolis.
