Tattoo Artist: Sweet Laraine
Sweet Laraine credits some of her school teachers with her success. They encouraged her to pursue her dreams and that the world is open to all possibilities. After delving in other studies, Laraine ended up attending Baylor University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts.
After graduating school, she pursued an apprenticeship because she felt that being a tattoo artist would be the perfect outlet for her art. She took to tattooing so naturally that she was handling walk ins within six months of beginning to tattoo.
Sweet Laraine now works in San Antonio, Texas, at Element Tattoo Studio. Almost all of the work I saw on her sites were bursting with color. She likes surrealism and tattoos that combines different artistic styles with different tattoo styles.
