Tattoo Artist: Carl Lofqvist
Carl Lofqvist in a small village but he was anxious to move to the big city as soon as he was old enough. 
He opened up his own studio Wicked Tattoo in 2000 and has been gaining recognition ever since. He uses bold lines and his style is comic book inspired. Carl claims he likes to work with a variety styles and his influences include Robert Hernandez, Normal Rockwell, Dali, and Rembrandt. Instead of pursuing his artistic talents, Carl got work in a factory. He eventually went back to school and took a course in commercial art. He tried to get a gig as an apprentice but kept hitting a dead end. So, he decided to study the art of tattooing on his own. He likes traveling the convention circuit so you may have an opportunity to see him at work. He is completely devoted to his craft and is always working on improving his drawing abilities.
