Tattoo Artist: Corey Miller
Miller was a young lad of 15 when he decided he needed a tattoo. He carved it out and used a needle and thread wrapped around it. He eventually moved on to build his own tattoo machines from stuff he had laying around.
He started hanging out at a tattoo shop called Franco’s located in Ontario, CA. He eventually started drawing designs for the shop and helping out around the trash.
Corey befriended a tattoo artist by the name of Mark Mahoney and eventually worked his way into his first real job as a tattoo artist. He became a popular commodity and often did up to 10 tattoos a day.
He eventually went on his first convention trip in New Orleans and this gave Corey an opportunity to see some of the legends at work. He eventually worked for Jack Rudy and says he learned much of his technical skills from this experience of his working career.
He eventually opened his own shop – Six Feet Under Tattoo Parlor. He has seen a lot of changes during his more than twenty years' experience, and believes in the future – the sky is the limit. He eventually did a gig on the reality show - L.A. Ink along with Kat Von D.
