Tattoo Artist: Jace Masula

Jace Masula got his artistic background from his mother.  She was a painter that encouraged his artistic ability as well as his creative ability.  He feels that everything he does is part of his creativity – even his computer programming. Although technology and art usually don’t mix, Jace has found a way to combine the two.  He admits he’s a nerd and worked as a graphic designer and software developer for 5 years before delving into tattooing.

When first seeking out an apprenticeship, he was initially turned down.  Showing persistence and tenacity, Jace showed up every day anyway and wormed his way into an apprenticeship.  It took a span of eight months before he did his first tattoo.  Jace was 31.  He says he loves to do color as much as he loves doing black and gray.  That is one of the reasons I decided to show one of each of these styles to showcase his work.  For being a short time artist, he seems to have mastered both categories already.  He is currently working at All or Nothing Tattoo in Atlanta Georgia also the shop of talented Brandon Bond.
