Tattoo Artist: Josh Richey
You would never be able to tell from the quality of this artist’s work that he is only 25 years old. 
He works out of Heroes and Ghosts in Richmond Virginia but travels the convention circuit quite a bit. He recently stated he may be cutting back on the travel as he is starting a family. He’s always looking to improve his painting technique as well as his tattoo art. You’ll find the best selection of his work on his myspace page. Sounds like a young man showing maturity in his life and his craft. I'm sure we will be seeing more of Josh's work in the years to come.
